Bleeding isn't a luxury, no one should have to budget to bleed.
At Endo Warriors Aotearoa, we believe access to menstrual products and education is a basic human right.
We're a registered charity working to fight period poverty and support menstrual equity in our local communities. From free reusable period items and education in schools, to supporting people living with endometriosis — our kaupapa is about dignity, choice, and support. We also advocate for better access to healthcare, fight the stigma around menstruation, and work alongside partner organisations to ensure no one is left behind.
We no longer give out free period packs directly — but our incredible impact partners do! Use our map or contact list to find schools, centres, and organisations near you that offer free period products thanks to our mahi.
We offer free, inclusive workshops for schools, workplaces, and youth groups to learn about periods, endometriosis, and period product options.
Learn How to Use Period Products
Not sure how to use a menstrual cup, disk, or cloth pad? Our guides and videos break it down simply so you can choose what works best for you.
Want to support your employees’ wellbeing? We help workplaces stock free pads, tampons, and reusables in staff bathrooms.
Buy a cup or pair of period undies for someone who can’t afford it. Your gift helps someone bleed with dignity.
We offer affordable, sustainable options — period cups for $10 and period underwear for $20, thanks to community funding.
Your story matters. Help break the stigma and show others they’re not alone. Submit your period or endo journey anonymously or with your name.
We're proud to partner with The Daily Dojo to provide reusable products and menstrual education to young people in our community.

My 14-year-old bleeds so heavily and suffers every month for an average of 8 days. Trying to get her sorted is taking time and we go through a lot as she changes every few hours through super pads

I’ve been struggling to afford sanitary products as a single mum of two and quite often have to roll up toilet paper to use. I’m so thankful you guys exist and I found you.

What you’re doing is great though. I cannot wear most pads due to yeast but suffer from adenomyosis. I am on disability and it’s been hard. Knowing people like you help people like me is a great feeling.
