About This Workshop

Living with endometriosis and persistent pain can feel unpredictable. Many people experience cycles of pushing through on good days, followed by significant flare ups, fatigue, and crashes. This is often referred to as the “boom and bust” cycle.

This 70 minute online workshop will focus on understanding energy limits, pacing strategies, and building sustainable routines that support long term wellbeing.

This session is part of our new monthly online education series delivered by Yessenia Sandoval, Founder of Endo Warriors Aotearoa. Some future sessions will include guest health professionals.

While we do not receive specific funding to deliver these sessions, koha contributions help support the ongoing work of Endo Warriors Aotearoa. Each session is limited to 15 participants to allow for meaningful discussion and a supportive environment. If we receive high interest, we will look at running an additional session.
