Holistic Approaches to Pain Management Embark on a journey of non-pharmacologic interventions, discovering natural ways to manage pain with "Ngā Whakaritenga Kore-Whakaruke Rongoā." Establish rules and routines for restful sleep, addressing fatigue and its impact on pain. Learn to enhance well-being through holistic practices in this insightful workshop. We will have various guest speakers from different—backgrounds to talk to you about non-Western medicine practices, such as acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine., medical cannabis, Rongoa Rakau: Maori Herbal Medicine etc

Learning objectives:

· Non-pharmacologic interventions - exploring natural ways to manage pain (Ngā Whakaritenga Kore-Whakaruke Rongoā - ngā huarahi takitahi ki te whakahaere i te mamae)

· Sleep - Establishing rules and routines for sleep, including addressing fatigue (Te moe - ngā whakaritenga me ngā ture mō te moe, ka whakapaukaha hoki i te whakapaukaha)
