Living Well with Endometriosis & Menstrual Health
Education• Support • Advocacy • Resources • Community
Whether you're living with endometriosis, experiencing difficult periods, supporting someone you care about, or simply looking to learn more about menstrual health, we're here to help. While endometriosis and menstrual health are closely connected, they are not the same. Endometriosis is much more than a period condition, and not everyone with menstrual health concerns has endometriosis. Through education, personalised support, advocacy, practical resources, and community connection, Endo Warriors Aotearoa empowers people to better understand their health, recognise when something isn't right, and live well
Our Commitment Everything we do is guided by five core values.
Evidence-Based
We share trusted, up-to-date information informed by current research and recognised clinical guidance.
Inclusive
Everyone deserves access to respectful, inclusive menstrual health and endometriosis education and support.
Empowering
Knowledge helps people make informed decisions about their own health and wellbeing.
Community-Centred
People with lived experience are at the heart of everything we do.
Practical
We focus on real-world strategies, accessible resources, and meaningful support that people can use in everyday life.

Community & Connection
Knowledge is one of the most powerful tools we have. Through workshops, education sessions, and practical resources, we help people better understand endometriosis, menstrual health, persistent pelvic pain, and strategies for living well. Whether you're newly diagnosed or supporting someone else, our education is designed to be practical, evidence-based, and accessible.
You're not alone
Living with endometriosis often means navigating uncertainty, long wait times, and feeling unheard. Our free one-to-one support provides a safe space to ask questions, explore support options, prepare for appointments, and access practical guidance tailored to your individual journey.
Helping you navigate the systems that affect your health
Understanding healthcare, education, employment, and support systems can feel overwhelming. We provide practical advocacy and navigation support, helping people prepare for appointments, understand their options, access services, and advocate for their needs with confidence
Supporting people to thrive in education, employment, and everyday life
Endometriosis can affect school, university, training, and work. We support individuals through advocacy and practical guidance while also delivering education to workplaces and education providers to help create more inclusive and supportive environments.
Together, we're stronger. No one should have to navigate endometriosis alone. At Endo Warriors Aotearoa, we believe that connection, understanding, and shared experiences have the power to change lives. Through events, storytelling, volunteering, awareness campaigns, and community initiatives, we're building a supportive community where everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered.

Endo Warriors Aotearoa is powered by community.

Whether you have time, skills, products, or financial support to offer, there are many ways you can help make a lasting difference.
Together, we can create healthier communities, reduce stigma, and ensure no one has to navigate endometriosis alone.
Trusted information, practical tools, and ongoing learning
Finding reliable information about endometriosis can be overwhelming. Our Resource Hub brings together trusted resources, practical tools, educational content, and lived experience to help you better understand endometriosis and menstrual health.
Whether you're newly diagnosed, supporting someone you care about, or simply looking to learn more, we're here to help you access evidence-informed information that's practical, easy to understand, and freely available.
We continue to grow this collection as new research, resources, and educational opportunities become available.
Supporting the people who support you
Endometriosis affects more than the person living with the condition. We provide education, resources, and practical guidance to help partners, parents, whānau, friends, teachers, employers, and caregivers better understand endometriosis and learn meaningful ways to provide support.
When support people have the right information, they can make a real difference.
