Our Education Programmes

Menstrual Health Education

We deliver engaging, age-appropriate menstrual health education that helps young people understand puberty, periods, menstrual health, and when something may not be normal.

Our sessions encourage open conversations, reduce stigma, and empower participants with practical knowledge that supports lifelong health and wellbeing.

Topics may include:

Living Well Workshops

Our Living Well workshops provide practical education for people living with endometriosis and persistent pelvic pain.

Each workshop focuses on evidence-informed strategies that help participants better understand their condition and build confidence managing everyday life.

Many of our workshops are free or koha thanks to the support of our funders and donors. Some professional education sessions may have a fee.

Can you deliver workshops outside Wellington?

Yes. Depending on funding and availability, we can deliver sessions online or travel to communities across Aotearoa.
