Mastering Persistent Pain: Strategies for Daily Living 

Learning objectives:

· Understanding persistent pain and learning management strategies (Te māramatanga ki te mamae whakatino me te ako i ngā whakahaere)

· Routines and weekly planning - practical suggestions for graded activities (Ngā whakatakotoranga me te whakarite wiki - ngā whakapau kaha hōhonu mō ngā mahi whakatino)

· Thinking and doing skills (Nga pukenga a-whakaaaro, a-mahi ano)

Exercise Workshop - Understanding the Benefits of Physical Activity and Chronic Pain (Te Kori Tinana - Te Māramatanga i ngā Whakaritenga o te Whakatutuki Tinana) Promoting both physical and mental well-being, our Exercise Workshop offers a unique perspective on the benefits of physical activity, especially for those dealing with chronic pain. In collaboration with a certified personal trainer, this workshop features the design of a 15-minute low-impact program tailored for daily use. Learn about the profound connection between movement and chronic pain, and gain valuable insights into incorporating exercise into your routine to enhance your overall health and well-being.
