Description
The Els Lovers 8 Panel Heat Pack is made for lower-back, period and chronic-pain comfort. Its panelled design gently contours around the belly or lower back, while soft adjustable ties help keep it in place while resting or moving around.
Handmade in Aotearoa from 100% cotton and filled with rice, the panels distribute warmth evenly and provide a soothing weighted feel. It can be used for comfort during cramps, flare ups, chronic pain or whenever warmth feels helpful.
Each heat pack includes a custom cotton bag. Always use this bag when heating the pack to help protect the fabric and keep it clean.
Care Instructions
- Heating: Microwave for up to 4 minutes. Always heat inside the cotton bag, and reduce the time when reheating a pack that is still warm.
- Cleaning: Do not wash or submerge the heat pack. Spot clean gently with a damp cloth. Machine wash the cotton bag on cold and dry it flat.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place and allow the heat pack to cool completely before storing.
- Safety: Make sure the microwave turntable rotates freely. Test the temperature before placing against skin. Children require supervision. Stop use if there is a burnt smell or visible damage.

- 8 Panel: 66 cm × 25 cm, with 60 cm ties.
- The stated length is measured with the heat pack laid flat and filled. When wrapped around the body, it may feel slightly more snug because of the fullness of the rice filling.
