Information you choose to provide
EWA may receive contact details and other information when you ask for support, register for an event, borrow a book, volunteer, join a mailing list, make a booking or share a story.
Health and lived-experience information
Health experiences and stories can be sensitive. EWA uses this information only when it is needed to provide the service or response you requested and limits access to those who need it.
Stories, names and images
Submitting a story is separate from agreeing to publication. EWA will confirm choices about names, editing, photographs, extracts and where the story may appear.
Connected services
Some actions open trusted services used for forms, files, donations, bookings, events or shopping. Their privacy and security practices also apply when you use them.
Your choices
You can ask what information EWA holds about you, request a correction, discuss withdrawing publication consent where possible or ask about deletion subject to lawful recordkeeping needs.
