Description
Designed with endometriosis pain management in mind, the Els Lovers 12 Panel Heat Pack wraps around the belly and back to provide broader heat coverage and a steady weighted feel.
Strategically placed side ties allow the top to sit more snugly around the waist while the lower tie sits more loosely around the hips, creating hands-free warmth while resting or moving around.
It is handmade in Aotearoa from 100% cotton, filled with rice, and includes a custom cotton bag that must be used when heating to help protect the fabric and keep it clean.
Care Instructions
- Heating: Microwave for up to 4 minutes. Always heat inside the cotton bag, and reduce the time when reheating a pack that is still warm.
- Cleaning: Do not wash or submerge the heat pack. Spot clean gently with a damp cloth. Machine wash the cotton bag on cold and dry it flat.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place and allow the heat pack to cool completely before storing.
- Safety: Make sure the microwave turntable rotates freely. Test the temperature before placing against skin. Children require supervision. Stop use if there is a burnt smell or visible damage.

- 12 Panel: 100 cm × 25 cm, with 60 cm ties.
- The stated length is measured with the heat pack laid flat and filled. When wrapped around the body, it may feel slightly more snug because of the fullness of the rice filling.
