We have made the hard decision to only provide free period packs to those in Wellington and the surrounding areas at this time. We have made this call as we do not receive enough funding for the work we do. Each month we are struggling to come up with the funds for our very large postage bill. Our postage bill is on average between $2000-$4000 per month, each month it is becoming harder and harder to raise the necessary funds. So, unfortunately, we have at this time, decided to focus on the community around us, this encompasses the cities and suburbs of Wellington (Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western) as well as the Wairarapa area.

Period poverty is such a massive issue in Aotearoa and we hope that by focusing on the community around us we can start to make a bigger difference by helping more people and organisations within our local community and by providing more reusable items. In the future, we have plans to resume sending free period packs to all of Aotearoa and we will continue to work hard to ensure we have enough funding to reach this goal.  We are working on getting out the packs that have been requested from July 2022 till Aug 11th 2022 out.

You can only apply for a free period cup if you live in the cities and suburbs of Wellington (Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western) as well as the Wairarapa area. You can request one for yourself and others that live in your house that are under 18 years old and need a period cup We are requesting information (age etc) for stats only.  

If your request a period cup & a period pack we will only send one for that person.
